Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage soil moisture on a given route
• Assist scouting fields for insects, weeds, diseases, and overall crop health
• Assist with soil sampling, field mapping, record keeping, and various crop production activities
• Potato sampling, testing, and grading
• Analytical lab work, documentation and interpretation of results will also be required

Education and Experience

• Background in Production Agriculture a plus
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, organized and able to work without direct supervision
• Good work ethic; honest, trustworthy and passionate about farming
• Ability to follow company processes and procedures
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
